Speaking generally about niche blogs, what amount of daily traffic would you consider the threshold for being OK? What minimum numbers do you shoot for in terms of traffic, and profit, and how long do you stick with a niche and/or how long does it take to ramp a blog up to speed. And when should we pull the plug and start all over, or should we never give up and add new aspects to it.

I know you like to test things and I was wondering if you have stats showing whether it is better to have a 2-column blog vs. a 3-column blog? Are there any advantages to either one?

I have increased my blogging speed on wordpress with the typepad tool blogit! I blog on typepad 1x a week but on three wordpress blogs every day.Question-has anyone else tried this tool?

Can you talk about how we can speed up load times for blogs. I’m finding that my blog takes longer to load than it used to.
