What would help you more
I will be opening some type of coaching shortly but as I am trying to put it together a question came up in my mind so being the simple old bald guy that I am I figured the easiest way to get an answer is to ask. See old age has advantages sometimes even I get smarter
.
Amazing concept I know.
I have considered following the pattern I did with WordPress Lessons and doing a series of 4, 5 or 6 lessons to go through using blogs profitably as a single package that runs consecutively at a single price or doing a monthly or bi-weekly lesson that will continue indefinitely with past lessons archived.
As WordPress keeps evolving my gut tells me that a continuing series would be more valuable but my gut has been wrong often enough for me to ask first. Please take the poll below and let me know what fits YOU best.
Thanks for your input.
On another note I have added a WordPress Resource page. Let me know what you think of it.

Mike,
I found that I loose interest on weekly, biweekly or monthly lessons.
Good example I’m running behind on Jimmy’s weekly lessons.
If a subject interest me, I want to finish it, not waiting for the next step to arrive..
Just another, almost bald, old guy..

That is a good question… like you said, since WP keeps changing, a one time package may not be right. It would work fine if you wanted to keep updating it every month or two, but without an on-going members area, it would get hard. I think for you and for the customers, the on-going method would work well.

I like the concept of the ongoing method. I would feel better knowing there was someone keeping the eye out for the ever evolving WP.

Hi Mike,
Ongoing would be better.
The way the Internet is constantly
evolving it would be nice to have a
place to go and a mentor who’s on top
of things.

On going would be better, but I am really building up a resistance to monthly fees, and am doing my best to say no to them all. Hows that for a non answer. How about a quarterly package that offered a discount for continuing users who would maybe get an update while new users could join in and get access to older material that was freshly updated to be current.

Alright, made my vote and I’m keeping it a secret
OK, so maybe not. I would prefer to see the one package. I understand the reasons for doing the continuing series, but I think people would lose interest after a short time.
Thanks for asking our opinion ahead of time!
BTW: Love the resources page!
