Can you make money blogging?

Well this is far and away the number one question that shows up in all my surveys and comments. The corrollary to that is how can I do it? Followed by the absolute best one - How can I make money and do nothing with a blog? No its not worded quite that way but it is what they mean.
Well I just read a free report from Michael Green that he sent to his subscribers. It is a great over view and answers the question much better than I can with a simple blog post. Most of all it is free.
