Not easily because the items are set to be automatic and you would have to manually turn them off.

Good idea Mike. Making it easier for us to tell others about our new blog posts will only help to increase traffic.

One question though, can you on a per post basis tell the services not to alert the systems of a new post? I can see that sometimes depending on the blog, you might not want to always use that feature.
