“I’m so glad I found Mike’s program. He has given us detailed access to insider information on how to monetize our blogs that I would have never found out otherwise. He even provided all the tools and talked us through how to use them., His friendly and accessible style, and the fact that we can actually talk with him directly on the calls/webinars and by email/forums made his seminar especially enjoyable and productive. Without his help, I would have never dared to even try to get a blog up, and now I’ve got one up and running, and I’m working on several additional ones.”.

Hello Mike.
I have been following your website for a while now and you come across as a very creditable person.
I have been wanting to start blogging for a while now, but I have not come across anybody so far, that has inspired me to ask a question on their blog leave alone buy their product. They all seem like they are after the quick buck!! Just thought I would be honest here.
I am keen to set up my blog but I have been contemplating if I should be using Squarespace or Wordpress. I find Squarespace to be a lot more easier to use than Wordpress.
Having said that, would you please be kind enough to answer the following questions.
1. Would the course still help if I were using Squarespace? I know you will be discussing mostly Wordpress, but I think I will am capable of applying what you teach about Wordpress to Squarespace.
2. Have you used Squarespace? If you have or know somebody who has, how does it rank on the serach engines as against to Wordpress?
Your prompt answer will allow me to make up my mind about your course.
Thank you.

Hi Aftab
Not familiar with Squarespace but did just look at it. You don’t host it so I would not recommend it.
The reason has nothing to do with the quality of it but I would never build a business I didn’t control and own. If you don’t own the domain you can create a valuable piece of virtual real estate that can be taken from you and is not saleable to another person.
If you are looking to use Squarespace for your blogging platform this course would help you with traffic generation and ideas for monetizing it but the key to doing that is to be able to set them up for your own purpose.
As I would never recommend putting the effort into sommething I wdon’t control I would not recommend this for you to use with Squarespace.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for your answer.
Yes, you are right. However, with domain mapping here - http://manual.squarespace.com/pages/domain-mapping-with-network-solutions.html - although one would not own the domain, what is displayed is the domain name. I think as long as one owns the domain name, there should not be a problem.
I have spoken to a few people working with both Wordpress and Squarespace and they tell me that it is faster to get listed through Squarespace than Wordpress.
I guess like you have mentioned its more important to monetize the blog and one could do it with any blog.
If there is some way I could join the course after the 15th of this month, I would like for you to include me. I am happy to make payment on the 15th of October.
Thanking you.
